Thank you for visiting our website. Below we would like to inform you about how we handle your data in accordance with Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Usage data

When you visit our website, our web server temporarily evaluates usage data for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our website. This data consists of the following data categories:
  • the name and address of the requested content,
  • the date and time of the query,
  • of the transferred data volume,
  • the access status (content transferred, content not found),
  • the description of the web browser and operating system used,
  • the referral link that indicates the page from which you have reached ours,
  • the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in such a way that a personal reference can no longer be established.
The aforementioned log data is evaluated only anonymously.

Webhosting

Our website is hosted by the service provider IONOS (IONOS SE. Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur), on whose server our Internet pages are stored and made available for retrieval on the Internet.
IONOS is strictly bound by contracts and our instructions.

Storage of IP Adresses for Security Purposes

We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser for a period of seven days in the interest of detecting, limiting and eliminating attacks on our web pages. After this period, we delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Data security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible from unwanted access. These measures include encryption procedures on our web pages. Your data is transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the internet using TLS encryption. You can usually recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line begins with https://.

Contact form

You may contact us via our contact form. In order to use our contact form, we will require you to provide the data marked as mandatory.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, being our legitimate interest to respond to your request.
Your data will only be used to process your request. We delete your data if they are no longer required and there are no legal obligations to retain them.
Where the processing of your data is based on legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to that processing at any time. To do so, please use the email address provided in the imprint.

Applications to our vacancies

You have the opportunity to apply for the positions we advertise using the application form on our website. After your application has been sent, the information you have entered will be forwarded to career@adi-solutions.com.
For us to be able to consider your application, we need at least the following information:
  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • Cover letter
  • CV
  • Credentials and qualifications
We process your data exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants in accordance with Section 26 (1) BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). The data will not be processed for any other purpose. In addition, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to provide us with further details, such as your leisure interests, a photograph, etc., to help us better assess your application. This information is provided voluntarily and is not mandatory for the application. If you do voluntarily include information in your application, by doing so you agree that we may process this data solely for the purpose of selecting applicants. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please address your revocation to the office named in the imprint.
Your information will be handled in the strictest confidence. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted no later than six months after the rejection notice is sent. The legal basis for this processing, in the legitimate interest of defending any legal claims, is Art. 6 6 (1) (1)(f) GDPR.

Storage period

Unless otherwise specified, we will delete your personal data if they are no longer required for the relevant processing purposes and no legal retention obligations oppose deletion.

Your rights as a data subject

When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you certain rights as a data subject:

Right of access by the data subject (Art. 15 GDPR)

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you are being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to be informed of this personal data and to receive the information specified in Art. 15 GDPR.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement without delay.

Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 GDPR)

If the processing of data is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. Please note that the withdrawal is only effective for the future. Processing that took place before the withdrawal is not affected.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 6 (1) 1 f GDPR (data processing for the purpose of our legitimate interests) or on the basis of Art. 6 6 (1) 1 e GDPR (data processing for the purpose of protecting public interests or in the exercise of official authority), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if data is still needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations. This right may be asserted in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the suspected infringement.

Processing of (personal) data by the operator of the recruitment website

General information

This recruitment website is operated by Personio SE & Co. KG, which offers a human resource and candidate management software solution (https://www.personio.com/legal-notice/). Data transmitted as part of your application will be transferred using TLS encryption and stored in a database. The sole controller of this data within the meaning of article 24 of the GDPR is the enterprise carrying out this online application process. Personio’s role is limited to operating the software and this recruitment website and, in this context, being a processor under article 28 of the GDPR. In this case, the processing by Personio is based on an agreement for the processing of orders between the controller and Personio. In addition, Personio SE & Co. KG processes further data, some of which may be personal data, to provide its services, in particular for operating this recruitment website. We will refer to this in more detail below.

Access logs (“server logs”)

Each access to this recruitment website automatically causes general protocol data, so-called server logs, to be collected. As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. Error logs

So-called error logs are generated for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs. This is absolutely necessary to ensure we can react as quickly as possible to possible problems with displaying and implementing content (legitimate interest). As a rule, this data is a pseudonym and thus does not allow for inferences about the identity of an individual. The legal basis for this is §25 subsection 2 Sentence 2 TDDDG. When an error message occurs, general data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web-browser version, the operating system, the IP address, as well as the timestamp upon occurrence of the respective error message and/or specification is collected. These error logs are stored for a period of up to 7 days. There is no right to object to this.
