Your mission

You take on technical and disciplinary leadership of the AI team and foster an open, collaborative work culture
You are in charge of designing, architecting and implementing scalable, maintainable and production-ready AI solutions
You oversee the entire end-to-end AI lifecycle from identifying relevant use cases to data preparation, model development, deployment and monitoring
You ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems such as ERP, CRM or data platforms
You carry out reviews of code, models and architecture and document them
You manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables and report directly to management

You bring several years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning or data science, ideally with end-to-end project responsibility
You have excellent skills in Python and common machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
You understand data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation and experiment design
You have experience running AI solutions productively including MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation and cloud environments
You are familiar with integrating AI solutions into existing system landscapes such as APIs, microservices and enterprise systems
You work in a structured way, take responsibility and enjoy leading teams and successfully bringing AI solutions into live operation
